Do you offer refunds?I do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the digital nature of our products. However at WPStudio I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or problems, please send me a support ticket or contact me directly. I ensure that you receive the necessary support.
What kind of support can I expect when I buy a theme?I take pride in my themes and want you to have a great-looking and functioning website! Naturally, I am happy to assist you with theme-related questions and basic setup. If you run into problems, please send me a support ticket. Support tickets are answered within 24 business hours. My support includes help on installation and setup. It doesn’t include graphical changes, code changes, or website maintenance. Further customization to a theme is possible but it is not included in my support.
What are your support hours?My general support hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Central European Time. During this time, I can generally provide feedback on any support request within 12 to 24 hours.
How often do you release new themes?I don’t have a schedule for releasing new themes. I believe in quality over quantity, and improving my existing themes and plugins is just as important to me as releasing new themes.
How can I access the theme manuals?If you've Purchased your theme via Bylt or Creativemarket you have to register first. The purchase code can be found on your WordPress dashboard when the theme is activated.
Do I need to pay VAT?No, only if you are a non-business European Union customer. WPStudio is required to charge VAT on sales to these customers. All VAT collected from customers in the European Union will be paid to the tax authority of the appropriate EU member state.
What form of payments do you accept?
Can I get an invoice?Yes, you can download or print an invoice from your account page.
Do you have a referral program?Not at the moment, but it is on my to do list :).
Will the WPStudio themes work on WordPress.com?No. All child themes available on WPStud.io are intended for use only on self-hosted versions of WordPress that are running the Genesis Framework.
How do I install a theme?After you've downloaded the .zip file, you can upload the theme files in two ways: WordPress Dashboard upload - Navigate to Appearance -> Themes -> Add New - Click the 'Upload Theme' button to browse and select the zipped theme file - Click the 'Install Now' button to upload and install the theme FTP Upload - Unzip the theme on your computer - Make a FTP connection with your hosting account - Upload the unzipped theme folder into the /wp-content/themes directory on your server When the theme is uploaded, the theme is visible under Appearance ->Themes. Click the theme to activate it.

Is the the demo data included?Yes, the demo data 'xml file' is included in the theme zip file. You can easily import this demo data with the WordPress Importer plugin. This plugin is free and available for download in the WordPress repository.
How many sites can I use your themes on?
Once you purchased a theme it is yours. You may use it for an unlimited amount of sites. However, you are not allowed the resell it in any way.
Do I need to purchase the Genesis Framework?
Yes. All themes only work with the Genesis Framework installed at your WordPress account. More information about the Genesis Framework can be found here.
What do I get when I buy a WPStudio WordPress theme?After you've bought one of my themes, you receive an e-mail including a link to download the theme zip file. The zip file contains the Genesis child theme and demo data. Additional, you receive an e-mail with login information for the setup and support pages.
Can I remove the credits in the footer?Yes, you can. I don’t require you to have backlinks to my site although I do appreciate it!
Can you install WordPress and the theme for me?Yes, this is possible. I can provide you with my theme setup service which includes the installation of WordPress and one of my themes. Contact me for more detail.
What’s includes with the theme?Included are the theme files, sample demo content (xm file), and access to the theme manuals for detailed documentation. And of course one year support and updates.
Do you provide theme documentation?Yes. The theme documentation files are available on our website after you've purchased a theme. The theme documentation is very detailed and will walk you true the setup of your theme.
Are your themes responsive, mobile readyYes. The themes are fully responsive and will adapt itself to iPad, iPhone, Android and any other mobile device. Your content will always look its absolute best.
